    HE'S SUPPOSE TO FIGHT WELTERWEIGHTS!!!!!

    Fvking *****s remind me of guys who say;

"Ive been out of jail for 6 months" You're suppose to stay out of jail!!!!!

"Ive been coming to work on time lately" You're suppose to come to work on time!!!

Its like they want some kind of reward or something because their boyfriend, who is a welterweight since 2005 is finally taking on a top rated threatening welterweight.

They are also going wild over the fact that Shane is taking the drug test. Of course shane is gonna take the test, HE ACTUALLY TOOK STEROIDS!!!! What is he gonna do deny it?

Grand jury testimony & victor conte accusing you = EVIDENCE OF STEROID USE.

Baseless allegations by ex convict who happens to be Floyd's dad = NOT EVIDENCE OF STEROID USE.

Well congratulations Floyd & *****holics, it only took your boyfriend 5 years & a 7.0 earthquake to fight a threatening welterweight.

What you want a cookie for doing the right thing?

True to that... he always fought top rated welter guys... I don't know where the hate comes from... probably because most said that he wouldn't fight Mosley for whatever reasons...

Judah was Nr. 2 or 3 at the time they fought
Baldomir was Nr. 1 at the time they fought
    DLH was at 154...
Hatton was a former welter champion (I don't know if he still was rated at welter though when they fought)
    and Marquez as comeback fight...

So one fight at welter wasn't right... I can live with it...

Now Mosley... he's doing his job at welterweight...

    Cookies are nice

      spin it how you want.

im not that concerned about money or buisness but its apart of the sport and it dictates what fights get made when and where, if i choose to completely ignore this that would be very ignorant.

Either way you are wrong and you have little to no reason to continue this pathetic crusade while a good fight is being made in the meantime.

Also, me bringing up mayweather maximizing payment while minimizing risk is what this sport is basically about at the top levels, its why i brought it up, i didint cry about buisness or anything else, if you cant understand that simple fact i think it explains why you are who you continue to be.

Whether I was technically right or wrong,

Floyd has brought up HALF of his opponents at welterweight,

      from lower divisions.

Technically, Floyd should have been fighting the best welterweights. Not the best jr. welters, or the best lightweights,

      but the best welterweights.

Btw, I'm not crusading against this fight. I agree with it. I just see the point of the threadstarters post.

There isn't a reason why Floyd should get extra credit for taking this fight,

      hes supposed to.

and yes, mija, you are concerned about the money.

You have a habit of bringing it up, "this is a business".

      Guess what?

      Everything is.

Except I don't watch sports to talk about it because I'm more concerned with whats on the field, court or ring.

Those that do, use it as an excuse as to why fights shouldn't or won't happen.

Just like Hiphop in the 2000s, everything about it and boxing,

is now reduced to how much money its worth.

      Stay a consumer.

I'll stay a fan and enjoy the essence of each while you quabble over the value it brings to the cash register.

You know, I know, we all know he "retired" in order to avoid having to fight Margarito or Cotto.
yeah he retired to fight a guy who has only won vacant titles and is a cheater.....

& he retired because he was afraid to fight a guy that he wanted to fight @ 140lbs but their same promoter didnt want to put Cotto in with Mayweather when they both had belts @ 140lbs

um when Floyd went to WW Cotto was still @ 140 & Mosley was @ 154....

can you tell me who were the top WW @ that time?....i will wait...

oh and BTW Judah is THE LAST UNDISPUTED WW CHAMPION!!!!

Judah lost his undisputed championship to Carlos Baldomir, but despite being recognized as the "true" welterweight champion, Baldomir did not pay the sanctioning fees for the WBA or IBF. Consequently, the WBA relinquished Judah as its champion, while the IBF continued to recognise him. Judah later lost the IBF title to Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Even if im a mindless, brainless sheep who follows the trend of a consumer, endlessly hopping onto the next trend and falling for every single ploy of big time marketing excecutives who are going after my demographic and trying to capitolize on my spending habits, the fact remains

floyd fought 3 champions, one of them a linear champion, one of them a former champ, one of them a jr middleweight champ.

he then fought 2 guys who were good at 140, and one guy who was champ at 135

            thats 3 for 3.

whenever you are wrong you always try to spin this into some other subject or some other insult in order to deviate from the point at hand.

            Now continue youre rant.

              he has a valid point
Floyd is a legit WW he needs to fight WW
Its not like a WW pac who fights with all the advantages and wont fight a true WW at the WW limit
oh wait he will fight Clottey at 147 but Cotto at 145
              hahhahaa

associated with it was under the knife!!......Manny and his juice givers may have learned from previous juice givers mistakes......just a thought!!
