I'm curious as to what you base that on.

You cant not give Floyd credit for his chin. No doubt he has one of the best defenses in history but he's still been hit by some really good punchers flush and has never ever really been hurt besides the Chop fight and maybe a little against Zab. What do they have in common though? Southpaws. Pretty much anyone can get hurt by a Southpaw. I dont see any righty hurting Floyd though. I mean the man has had 40 fights. If you cant say that now then when can you say it? Everyone gets KO, dropped, or hurt bad and he never really has except for a couple of shots in the Chop fight

I say that comment alot and I usually put the word "clean" but I forgot to put it this time. I seriously believe though that a prime Floyd is nearly impossible to hit clean by a righty. Is he still in his prime? Even so, will his inactivity hurt him? JMM did land a couple of good rights that you usually dont see Floyd get hit with and maybe Shane could hurt him with those but its still very hard to do

Shane looked spectacular against an immovable object in his last fight.

That's not to say that Shane will not go in with a specific game plan against Floyd. I'm sure he'll be bringing his best game to the ring, and I actually give Shane more of a chance at giving Floyd more problems than Pacquiao would've.

Shane is still high off of his dismantling of Margarito, so his confidence is pretty high right now.

Let's be clear though. Unlike Floyd, Margarito was never a defensive minded fighter. So, Shane knows he'll be dealing with a defensive wizard who can give as good as he takes.

Nonetheless, It should be a great fight for whoever wins it.

Umm,homey, are u saying that the Oscar that floyd fought was as good as the 2 Mosley did??I mean don't get me wrong,Oscar & Mosley may be similar but Mosley's tank has alittle more & by the way the Oscar that Sugar beat at welterweight, stops ya boy floyd, for real!!

This will be a tough fight for Floyd. Shane is an inch taller and has a couple inches of reach on him, and still has quick hands and lots of power. Oh, and a granite chin. Floyd has the skills to outbox anyone, but if anyone could catch him and hurt him, it's Shane. This might even be a tougher fight than Pac, just because Floyd would have 5" reach and almost 2" height on Pac, making it a lot easier to work his jab and force Pac to reach in on him. I hope this fight happens. Shane is still in good form.
