he won't but shane is a former lineal ww champ, so floyd is fighting his 4th lineal ww champ. pretty impressive for someone that's never fought a legit WW.

If Mayweather beats Mosley impressively, yes, he is P4P #1, and if Pac thinks differently then step up and do something about it. Besides crying like a ***** over needles

Do you think the ppv numbers for the upcoming fights will cause a problem in negotiations for the next fight (Pac vs Floyd). The numbers will be skewed because of the opponents Clottey and Mosely and assuming both Pac and Floyd wins. (ODH earned $52 million in his fight with Mayweather.)

                Pacquiao-Marquez II did 405,000
                Mayweather-Marquez did 1 million
                Pacquiao-Hatton did 850,000
                Mayweather-Hatton did 920,000
                Mayweather-ODH did 2.4 million
                Pacquiao-ODH did 1.3 million
                Pacquiao-Cotto did 1.25 million

                  #1 Welter, arguably.
P4P#1, I dunno... he'd probably have to beat Pac at this point,
or grab a belt in another weight class or something. He certainly
has the skills to attempt it.

I depends, he would have to completely domintate Shane to have a chance. And even if he does, he will need Pac to lose to take that number 1 spot.

                      Exactly.

                      Mayweather never lost a fight.
