Now That Mosley-Mayweather Seems More Realistic/Closer Than Ever

Do any of you really believe that Mosley will beat Mayweather?

I'm talking about the one's that just a few months ago were saying Mosley is the toughest Welterweight that Mayweather would ever face and that is why he's ducking him.

I think Floyd will probably neutralize and beat Shane but he just needs to step up and fight him.

I went to a party the other night and most people I talked to seemed to think Shane would beat him. I think they were casual fans who were so impressed with the Margarito ass-whooping that they would pick Shane to beat anyone but it was interesting to hear peoples opinions from somewhere other than this board

I cant see Mosley causing Mayweather any problems. Mayweather for me is too fast and slick, hes the best defensive boxer on the planet. Shane does tend to throw alot of pucnhers but he does throw abit wildly sometimes, and if he does that againats mayweather he will get Kod.

I was hoping to get the posters who were saying Mosley will beat Mayweather and Mayweather is afraid of him to post on here and tell me how this fight will play out. I guess they are sleeping or something.

You musta all forgot how ODLH, despite hitting nothing but air the whole night, impressed the judges enough to give him the controversial decision against defensive wiz, Pernell Whitaker, .

It was the constant pressure and timed aggression, especially the last 10 seconds of the round that got him the W, in my opinion. I think if the judges watched the fight again in slomo, they would be ashamed of themselves.

If Shane employs this strategy and hit Floyd with solid shots once in awhile, he just might take that "0" away, albeit controversially.

I was watch Margarito and mosley the other day. Mosley gets off balance alot. I know he shredded Margarito good, but he's no where near his prime. Margarito was just a stationary target.

Floyd will give him alot of problems. With the way he fought JMM, this fight for sure will go to a frustrating 12, with Floyd running alot and Mosley chasing him. Round 2 and Round 12 will look the same.

Mosely has a shot, he has lots of experience, quick hands and good power. However if you watch Mosley you'll see that he throws alot of wide shots, Mayweather is the better boxer should be able to pick him apart.
