If Floyd fights Mosley now I'll respect him

But if Floyd ducks Shane now, he'll be "Chicken" Floyd forever as far as I'm concerned.

Age 19 Saul Alvarez is not quite ready for Mayweather yet - he will be in a couple of years though. But this is the perfect time for Floyd to fight Mosley, before Shane gets too old.

Come Floyd, man up and fight a world-class opponent your own size!

      I agree.

It is getting a little beyond a joke now. Floyd has to fight Shane now. There is no logical opponent for either one other than each other. It needs to get made.

Mayweather v Mosely should happen on March 13 I'm hoping. That's 2 months away - loads of time for preparation and the like.

No you won't, Carnivore. As soon as if/ the fight is make, and if/ Floyd wins you'll find an excuse to discredit him. I can see it now, "Floyd beat up a 38 year Mosley, big freaking deal." "Floyd is a coward, he only fights old past prime boxers", "Gayweather will never fight any tough fighters."

But Mosley looked good in his last fight. I hope the inactivity hasn't affected him.

Mosley, Williams, Martinez, possibly Bradley, I'd be fine with. The rest - people will be asking just how many "tuneups" does this dude need?

This is why I wanted Mosley-Berto to happen first.

I'm not sure what version of Mosley will be in the ring against Floyd.

I'll still give Floyd props for taking the fight if it gets signed.
