call me crazy and a homer but I still hold out hope that now that Floyd has filled into his frame more, his younger more exciting style will come back. I think this fight and the fight he has with Pac later will both be exciting

I believe so too. Mayweather to me is the most entertaining boxer to watch. Just that, I really do believe most people won't like Mayweather vs. Shane.

Lets not talk crazy now. Even if you think he's going to win, he's not going to destroy Floyd. His D is far too good for that

I respect his D., but he cant tek his a pounches.
Look, Im rootin 4 Sugar, so Im hyping.
I think Shane will be in his fight of his life.
U we'll see Floyd will clinch all-night-long, cuz Shane will not gas out/wont stop throwing atomic bombs on him!

Pac is a harder opponent. He brings a quicker pace than Shane. Pac also has Floyd outgunned in speed, which he's never had to deal with, save for the typical 4 round surge of Zab. I still believe Shane has a chance, but not nearly as much as Pac does. Shane would have beaten Berto despite the layoff imo. He will lose to PBF though.

I'm anxious to see this one as I have been for years. I lost a truckload of respect for PBF when he fought Marquez. He can redeem himself by challenging Shane now.

now see, I always disagree with the speed stuff. Personal speed is a big deal but I think a bigger deal by far is your opponents speed. You could argue that Pac is now faster than Floyd but Floyd has fought very fast slick Southpaws in Zab, Chop, & Mitchell while Pac has never faced anyone with true speed his whole career. The fastest guys were like MAB, Cotto, and JMM. They arent nearly as fast as what he will see from Floyd. You can spar with fast guys like Porter & Khan but I think its different when your in the ring with the real thing. I think that could be a difference in the fight and times that by 2 when you think of Floyd facing Mosley before Pac

I like floyd a lot. His fightin-style. luv it so much.
I always luv his fights at lightweight.
But I want to see him more fightin.
great that hes back. but that JMM fight was really weak.
Im waiting 4 SSM vs PBF. really! but still routin 4 SSM
SSM and PBF are straight opposites. thats make it so interesting!

floyd knows pac and shane are the biggest threats to his 0 at ww...this is why he would never fight any of em under normal conditions......
