BoxingScene.com was advised that today's WBA mandated purse bid for a junior welterweight title fight between full champion Amir Khan and interim-champion Marcos Maidana was canceled. From what I was told, there was an agreement reached. Details of the agreement are unknown at the moment but there are two stories going around.
