Nobody turned it down. He is not a free agent and the promoters would NOT sign a legal waiver if Universum files a lawsuit.

How does a company like Universum fail to find a title defense for an undefeated, LMW champion for over 14 months, without one in sight for several more months?

Perro should win this easily, say a stoppage in round 7 if not KO before 5. Once he wins this,after what is supposedly being anounced soon this week between staphvlik/Martinez , would like to see Martinez/angulo at 154.Would still think Martinez will school him , but it's better than watching him against te julio's and yorgeys of the division, also keep the "I'm sick excuses ".

julios not geting any love he can win this fight he punches hard enough to keep perro off of him, i don't see why everyone thinks angulos going to win ,angulo does not have better foot speed or hand speed than kirkland he just has that clubing type power

This should be a good fight for as long as it lasts, don't think Angulo will be as dominant as Kirkland was.
