The height and reach combined with the activity would earn Williams the decision. Pac would land the harder punches but the height difference would be too much. I would expect a fast start from Pacquiao where Williams gets hurt, maybe a few times, but he would pull through and win a decision.

No one at 147 lbs will face Williams. I don't get the obsession with this. Williams is a MW or JMW at this point. He can forget any fights at WW and so can detractors of fighters who want Williams to beat their chosen despised.

I completely agree, it is just unrealistic to expect these welterweights to step in a ring with a fighter who just fought at middleweight.
