The real standard is randomised blood and urine testing @ any time 365 days 24/7 with B samples stored for the maximum allowable time under the relevant legal statute (8 years) so samples can continually be tested during that period to detect forms of PED's that are newly discovered so a cheater is not safe even years after they retire.
Thats the real standard......not the cop out forms of announced testing that go on in many sports.
I find it hard to fathom contact sports such as MMA and boxing have such lax testing procedures and standards. The very nature of these sports makes it imperative that they have the best procedures and standards in place. As a boxing fan yiou should want that. As a boxing fan you should want Pac to be tested.

Now is the best time to test Manny. Even if Manny signs for random testing ( lets just pretend he's on PEDs) he would be foolish to take it after he sign the contract. Manny can very well go on the negotiation table, sign for random testing. He might not be anymore be needing it for Floyd and the payday is just too damn huge to let it pass. My guess is that after the lawsuit they'll go right in for the negotiation.

He is about to make history in the Dallas Stadium ...
He might KO Clottey...
He is gonna win a lawsuit against GBP and Mayweather
USADA and random testing is not going to grow any more popular.... Victor Conte is bored as fkk and not getting any money....
Mayweather will lose to Mosley or PAcquiao in September

It's funny because didn't Bernard Hopkins say before all the mayhem
with Pac and Floyd that Arum didn't want to make the fight with Floyd?
Pac fans and supporters seem to forget that. Arum got what he wanted.
Two of his fighters against each other in the new Cowboys stadium.
Arum got over like a fat rat.

Don Caitlin and Victor Conte have gone on record as to +ve effects of EPO on performance. Don Caitlin has also gone on record saying the 24 days Pac wanted was not good enough and that an athlete could dope at that time. Don Caitlin has also gone on record with regard to blood testing being needed for micrea.....
As for HGH the effects on performace across various sports is unknown at this time. As it is relatively new you would need more info and solid facts about its purported benefits. Testing, trials, experience etc etc
What i can tell you is that the purported benefits include an increase in muscle mass, stronger bones, increased protein synthesis all coupled with decreased fat.....seems like it would benefit a boxer moving up in weight.......[/B]
