the *****s think that all piss tests should be obsolete.....

GBP and Floyd intentionally killed the fight. Their initial move to negotiate a fight with Manny is just a bluff, a marketing ploy for Floyd in the expense of Manny. The public are clamoring for Floyd-Manny fight that's why in order for them to market Floyd not fighting Manny is to discredit Manny and make him look like Manny is ducking Floyd. Floyd in the first place has no intention to fight Manny and GBP doesn't want again to sacrifice Floyd's marketability (GBP's cashcow) against Manny because most of their best fighters had a bad experience with Pac.

Pointless to dope outside of training period when you are doing nothing. This test was simply done to save face. Basically the NSAC thinks all boxing fans are ****** enough to think 2 clean tests at that point in time actually mean anything....guess what they are right....boxing fans are dumb. The whole idea of sending a guy on a plane to get a urine sample from Pac a few weeks after a fight is laughable......

Random blood + urine testing during training camps (6 to 8 weeks) and 1 week after the fight is the only way you will catch dopers in boxing because this is when they dope. This is when it is beneficial to dope. Athletes don't do a course of roids or whatever when they don't even know when the next competition or match is...

Boxing needs to accept a blanket WADA or USADA style testing across all states to ensure fair play sooner rather than later.

who cares if they didn't tell them....athletes dope in the lead up to events during training....not after events when they are sitting around doing nothing.....

FYI to those who keep mentioning Shane's passing tests a century ago. Kizer has already acknowledged that guys like Shane who were able to pass the tests in the past did so because NSAC did not test for traces of PEDs like the cream and the clear. They do now.

It's nice to see you raise hell about keeping the playing field level while keeping a blind eye to ***** boy's history of using xylocaine, though. That's called fair play... for *****s.

              Bok-bok-bokk!

They gave Pacquiao 48 hours notice.

SERIOUSLY: can you imagine what would happen to a Filipino doctor who submitted dirty urine from Pacquiao?
Dude submitted a sample in the Philippines. Let's be real.

The same NSAC that couldn't detect PEDs in Mosely, yet he was cycling PEDs during TRAINING with enough time to cleanse his system come fight night....sound reliable to you?

Didn't Kizer also say that the cheaters are always ahead of the testers? Which was the case with Shane?

                    Nice selective quoting.

As I said before, another pass from pac, another fail for Mayweather fans.
