Don't be an idiot. If Pac gets tested then lose, they will say "coz he didn't take the steroids for this fight"...........if Pac wins they will say "Mosley passed, Pac still took steroids". Lose-lose situation. Low IQ people will always have low IQ. Just say no to crackheads.

I will explain the difference in other terms. Because the fight contract is betwen the two fighters, but it is filed with the NSAC. You can build all types of penalties into a contract. but you can't "fine" another fighter. Only the NSAC can do that.
The NSAC governs the contracts for legality, but not for preferences
For example, if I want to rent an apartment from you, you can deny me because I'm a smoker. That is your right. But you can't deny me because i am Hispanic. Just to use a non-boxing example.
Please note that the Vargas-mayorga weight kept moving. Because the fighters agreed to do it. The NSAC or CSAC didn't care. There was no belt at stake. No sanctioning body.Comment

Here is the truth regarding the weight issue:
Then there is the debate about the weight. Even though some outlets reported it as a 143-pound fight and sources directly involved in the fight told ESPN.com it was 144, Mayweather isn't saying.
When asked if he would have a problem making 143 pounds, Mayweather, who estimated his weight at 149 or 150 during the call, said, "I'm not weighing 143. This is a welterweight fight. Whatever I come in weighing, that's what I come in weighing, but I don't have to weigh 143. I don't know where you heard those rumors from."
Schaefer, who won't publicly discuss the weight so as not to damage the fragile business relationship he has forged with Mayweather, added, "It will be the most covered weigh-in ever because everybody wants to know what the weight is. So make sure you don't miss it!"
Marquez, who has never been heavier than 135 pounds for a fight, toed the party line when asked about the weight.
"There is an agreement between us, and the fight's a welterweight fight," he said. "Anything over 140 pounds is considered welterweight. This is a welterweight fight and we'll see come weigh-in day."
Floyd Mayweather isn't one to mince words, but when it comes to discussing matters ahead of his clash with Juan Manuel Marquez, Money has been keeping mum.
That was in July. Repeat, JULY.
The point is that Mayweather said all along that he wasn't making the weight...and JMM's promoter looked the other way. GBP did wrong by Marquez, not Floyd.
what matters is what was written down
and what was signed .,...

Floyd said " I won't weigh 143. I weigh what I weigh". He then gave up 4% of his purse for the right to "weigh what he weighs".
You haven't acknowledged that Floyd had never been fined. Or are you one of those guys who will never, ever admit when he is wrong?Comment

Chups and Samurai campaign to have cats banned. On the regular.
He is also very unfair and heavy-handed to non-Pac fans. to the extent of making unpunished racist comments. But since he has the weight, i guess it is what it is.Comment

American Idol ratings have been declining, plus if he does that X-Factor show he's in the works of getting Jay-Z, and Cheryl Cole(Who is basically like the UK Beyonce from what I understand) to be on the show with him.
He's still going to get a pretty decent coin out of doing X-Factor as well, and he gets another business venture in the USA.
I do understand what you're saying about turning down a lot of money, but the parallel isn't 100% there. I'm sure Cowell has many offers on the table, and many options he could take to make money, and he has no timetable in when he has to get it done.
For Manny and Floyd they won't be able to fight anyone else and make this kind of money. Also they're both pretty much at the end of the road as far as professional fighting.
Simon Cowell on the other hand is shooting out his garbage talent shows at a rapid fire yearly rate(In the USA and UK). In addition to what money he makes in contracts, endorsements, royalties, or whatever else. I can guarantee what Floyd and Manny make in a year combined doesn't come close to what Cowell makes and he's in 50s.Comment
