baldomir = linear champion at welterweight who beat clottey (the guy pacquiao is facing next), gatti and judah.

judah = former linear champion at welterweight, top 3 at the time floyd fought him, he is considered cotto's top 2-3 win even though he was on a losing streak when he fought cotto.

You can say that everytime Clottey stepped against elite level comp he lost but he was competitive... Cintron in the other hand when he stepped up to elite level he lost and was not competitive. And, IMO Angulo elite level fighter I think he is a top prospect...

granted the ref was a bit unfair to clottey but clottey is a dirty fighter he has used his head against almost every top opponent he has faced. judah, margarito, cotto, baldomir..blaming on the ref isnt the way considering when you have a dirty fighter in clottey who is known for using his head. clottey was winning the fight but you cant deny it was competitive, and he has himself to blame rather than the ref.
