pacquiao can sell more PPVs with his name by itself than mayweather can IMO.

cintron and clottey are not well known to the casual fan but the hardcore fans who will buy either one will more likely buy the pacquiao-clottey fight than the cintron fight simply because cintron is a lesser threat to mayweather thasn clottey is to pacquiao.

these multiple names he's mentioned as TBA = no signed or completed deal. it's getting tougher by the second for them to promote the fight when pac-clottey is set in stone already at a huge stage.
