I don't think he's on steroid, but he never wanted to fight Floyd in the first place. He knows he would needed more times to prepare for Floyd because his style is different, he is not a brawler.

Marquez outboxed Manny in both fights especially the 2nd fight. Marquez is Manny's kryptonite. Go watch the fight again and listen to all the excuses Manny made, look at his face after the fights, and look at his body language.

A past prime Morales beat Manny and Morales was weight drained in his last two fights against Manny.
