This guy didn't duck Mayweather, he just ducked the blood test. So from now on he will be known as Manny PEDman Pacquiao. Anybody who supports this fighter is a moron. I'm glad ESPN is exposing this clown. He is now in the same class as (mark mcguire,sammy sosa,alex rodridguez,shane mosley, marion jones,barry bonds,fernando vargas),and all the other athletes who have either been caught or are currently using steroids. Pedtards say we don't have any proof. Well for any athlete that is clean to come out and say they won't be blood tested is all the proof I need. They went from saying they would do blood tested 30 days,, then 24 days before and a test after the fight.
