Your are def correct he would not be dumb enough to use it during random testing. But the test would be in his performance in the ring. It wouldn't matter if he lost but more importantly how he fought. Did his punches do as much damage as he did to his last four opponents. Is his speed, stamina and work rate still comparable to his last 4 devastating fights. Look at Margorito vs Mosley the night he got exposed without his secret weapon. You could tell immediately he was a fish out of water.

so u think he began using PEDs when he fought Delahoya? again, even if he accepts the random testing, we will never know if used PEDs or not coz he would not be dumb to use them during the random testing. Still, i believe Pac is clean. Ive watch one of his fights live during his teens. He just seemed to be so natural for boxing. he doesnt need PEDs to achieve the things that he has achieved. as FLoyd said "DEDICATION, HARDWORK"

the only difference is that mayweather is willing to take the tests and manny is not

A short, simple sentence will do.

theres no valid explanation because there are multiple reason and each could be true or not true. but obviously your one sided by the way of your tone so theres no point in arguing with u but i will give u some of the reasons

1. if it aint broken dont fix it. that implies to the commision handling all the testing which had been around for ages or are u going to argue with me on that.

2. bad blood between arum and floyd which obviously could have led to the fight being off.

3. Pac didn't want to get bullied

4. they did not agree to the terms that they wanted. it could be the ones that are mentioned in the forums or behind close doors

5.Mayweather ducks pacquio or pacquiao ducking mayweather.

I think mayweather has the more reason to avoid pacquiao since roger mayweather is in trial this month which is bad timing for floyd. I dont know why people didnt look up on this but you don't want your coach absent in the probably biggest fight of your carreer.


6. pac is on peds, or floyd, or both

7. pacquiao had enough of mayweathers drama and did'nt like the way the fight is turning out.
