I'm not really worried on what Teddy had to say but what got me was Brian blaming Pac and siding with Floyd... Thats history right there lol

Come on BJ...Mayweather said this will be an easy fight, Pacquiao's a one-dimensional fighter who he would beat under any circumstances. Floyd Sr. even said Lil FLoyd is going to whoop Pacquiao's ass with or without steroids. So what's with the additional testing outside what is required by the sanctioning body and the boxing commission?

Mayweather IMO wants this fight because of the money, but he's very concerned about losing that O... he's not going there with a Pacquiao who is at his 100%.

Pacquiao would have said yes easily, he even said he'd do the tests if the commission says so. But IMO, now that there were allegations of PED use from Mayweather, GBP, writers, boxers, if Pacquiao lost to Mayweather, these same people would say he lost because he wasn't able to use PEDs. Pacquiao is in a situation where he can't say "yes".

Mayweather on the otherhand is in a win-win situation. If he lost, he can say that proper testing was not put in place. If he wins, that would be greater on his legacy because he can say that indeed he beat Pacquiao under any circumstances. Mayweather would have had this fight made easy if he really feels that he can beat Pacquiao...now that he said "no" to 40mil, we know he doesn't actually believe his own statements.

Anybody can spin this to blame both fighters. But in the end, Pacquiao's fighting a real welterweight and earning a possible 8 figure payday and Mayweather's current choice of challengers are laughable.

Pac should of gave the blood, end of story, this is the roid era and stringent testing is the right thing to do.

If its the right thing to do, why aren't the authorities who are tasked with protecting the fighters instituting this stringent testing?

You don't say "no" to a 30-40mil payday because a fighter you said you can beat under any circumstances, whose ass you can whoop with or without roids, was only willing to give you a 24-day testing cut-off on testing procedures that are even beyond what the boxing commission requires.

....unless, you feel you really can't beat the guy.
