pacquiao refused to take the test because he didn't have to...a person doesn't have to prove his innocence because every person is presumed innocent. by refusing to take the test, it only shows that pacquiao is not a moron...

a moron is somebody who accuses someone of an offense without showing proof, just like floyd sr., a convicted drug trafficker, who accused pacquiao of taking drugs.

a moron may also refer to an individual who subscribe to an idea espoused by a fellow moron, just like the mayweather fans.

So what does old Pac do? He refuses to take the tests making himself look even more guilty. What a bright one he is. If you guys think he will win more in this law suite than he would have made in the fight, you are mistaking. Pac had the chance to make around 40 million dollars, clear his name, and prove he was better than Mayweather. Now he doesn't prove he's better than Mayweather, or clear his name. What a smart cookie he is. Bottom line, the guy is hiding something.

Pac has a right to refused the drug test, however, he has a responsibility to take them. The test was there from the beginning, and ppl failed to realized that Arum was content with the contract going to the Phillipines. After Arum return his attitude changed.....could it be he learnt something about Pac's enigma and decided to go on damage control? Why the constant flip-flop, with excuses day after day?

Responsibility is not chosen...it is bestowed upon u, and the day Pac became a boxing icon, that responsibility was bestowed up on him. first of all, mosley has a fight in 2 weeks, that he'll probably lose, so bringing up a potential mayweather-mosley fight, and whether or not it'll happen, is a bit premature, and a big slap in the face to andre berto......

if you pay attention to boxing, you actually wouldn't be thinking about floyd-mosley at the moment, but instead focusing on what will be an early FOY candidate in 2 weeks. if you understand that, you will also know there's a big chance shane won't make it out of that fight with his hands raised...

the reason it's taking mayweather so long to decide, is because of the amount of CHOICES he has, idiot.

when pacquiao was looking for a potential opponent, you heard about 4 names mentioned, and half of those became impossibilities once it became known they'd demand the same type of testing on pacquiao that mayweather demanded. in turn, pacquiao was limited to josh clottey and yuri foreman, BOTH members of Top Rank.
