    Highly decorated amateur Jose Benavidez has signed a promotional contract with Top Rank. The 17 year old won the Golden Gloves championship at 141 lbs. 6 months ago and is making his pro debut this Saturday on the Martirosyan-Ouma undercard at the Hard Rock in Las Vegas under the tutelage of Freddie Roach.       I watched a video with this young boy in the Wild Card gym. He hits hard, super quick movements and will hit you and be gone again before you know what hit you.They say that he is a young version of Pacman, only difference is that he is already at this age under supervision of Roach as opposed to Pacman who started to train under Roach when he got older. The boy is the "whole package", will be really interesting to follow this young boy.

          Good hopeful under top ranks we get to see him develop, Seen him spar a couple of times and he looks good and if he can take that into the pro ranks then Great.

                  Not as quick as Pac though esp. when shadow boxing but the kid got some aa skills and timing.
