so reporters are now supposed to just report whatver some guy tells them? ever hear the phrase, "check your sources" Papers will do anything to avoid printing retractions. It kills their credibility.

But hey, no fault in reporting false news to make a quick buck right.

Inside sources have always been a big part of the game. Articles about major political happenes are often times based on info given from inside sources. Sometimes that info is off too. Here we are just talking about boxing. I doubt Smith goes forward without trusting his source. Even if it is wrong.

I know you will have a hard time taking this in but most people understand that they did nothing wrong. Can the source they have be full of it? Sure. Thats not the fault of the reporter. Why would Smith make it up? He is a writer that is way more respected than writers of the biased articles you post here all the time. Ironically a lot of the aricles you post have writers that are making claims only on speculation that are most likely false. Its ok though because you argee with what they say. Now people are doing something similar to the fighter you like and you take issue with it. Ironic to say the least.

If a source gave them the info they did not spread false info. Tim Smith quoted his source. That means he is telling us what his source told him. There is no way for tim to know 100% that his source is telling the truth or not. He is just passing the info from somebody he trust and he states thats that by saying its from a source. You float articles that many would argue are purposely false. Do you hold the writers you like to quote here to the same standards? I have a feeling only the negative Pac articles get such high demands.
