If hatton could somehow return to somewhere near the form he had against floyd and before, he should give a return a go. I would hate to go out on a loss like his last one, i dont think his camp with floyd sr was settled and his mind clear going into the pac fight. You need to be fully focused for pac and hatton was not. Hatton needs a good win over a very good guy. Jmm would be a good opponent for him i think. I dont think jmm has even fought at 140 before but if hes good enough for floyd then hes definitely good enough for hatton.

i reckon the hitman has 1 last fight left in himFormer super middleweight king Joe Calzaghe has mixed feelings about the ring return of Ricky Hatton. Calzaghe retired a year ago and has no plans to return. He would have liked to see Hatton do the very same thing.

I disagree. Why does everything need to be a mega PPV fight??? Back in the day they would put together a fight just for the sake of making a fight. Hatton did lose against the top guys, but hes still young and can be competive and still put on some good fights.Comment

I want to know why he's fighting again. He doesn't need to. He's has proven himself in the sport. I don't think there should be any shame in losing to two of the best fighters in the sport right now.Comment
