Would you give an opponent that has baselessly accused of wrongdoing a career payday?

I hear a lot about "If Pac was clean, why wouldn't he just take the tests?" but if you was in his position, as much money and investments as he has in the Phillippines, would you give your accuser the satisfaction of getting into your head and making the most money he's ever had in one bout? I sure as hell wouldn't.

If you don't believe me take this quote from Jeff Mayweather for your a$$, "well sometimes you have to take a stand on something you feel strongly on and money doesn't control your every decision." It goes both ways.

I agree. Not everyone looks at the situation the same. I fully understand pac descision.

In my case though, for that amount id fight pac, flyod, margarito, cotto and mosley all at the same time. NO STEROID TESTING, NO PLASTER CHECKING, FK IT, NO TRAINING FOR ME EVEN.

I think people are so wowed by the money, they cannot grasp what's going on in Pacquaio's head.

He didn't get to where he is being mentally weak.

If I was Pac's position then I would accept the fight and take the 30m, you seem to forget that Pac is also turning down a career high payday himself.

Like I said before, though, "with as much money and investments as he has," especially living in the Phillipines where pocket change constitutes hundreds. Pacquiao doesn't need this fight as much as Mayweather does and WE all know this. Pacquiao knows this!

And like you said, if you were in Pac's position. Which as a BILLIONAIRE in the Phillipines you are not.

Nope. I'd even sue them and bleed them for millions more.

This is the biggest fight of his career, and I'm sure pac fights for money as well as legacy. A lot of fighters have accused their opponents of things, Tyson accused Holyfield of juicing and that fight still took place, Mayweather accused Corrales of being a wife beater and that fight still took place etc etc.
