im a filipino and if im in Pac's shoes i would react as well. i become very defensive if im innocent but if im guilty, i just shut my mouth up and hope i dont get caught.

Libel and slander are practical matters related to defamation, and there has to be an economic impact.

...if blood testing was implemented, fighters would have to be sent to labs to take such tests because of the contamination and infection hazards that are in locker rooms.
