No question about that here... Erdei isn't and hasn't the frame of an Cruiser... for his last fight he weighed in way under the Cruiserweight limit... and it showed... he had to work hard against a guy who was heavier and physical stronger.

Erdei has decent talent but he is now 34 or something and still hasn't fought any real, real good fighter... it's sad that Universum hasn't the balls to put their fighters up... I mean Sturm wanted the best out there for a long time but they only fed him mediocre guys...

Sauerland at least tried to get things done... Valuev fights good Heavies, Abraham in the tournament, Huck starts to fight real opposition etc.

Brähmer is just a waste of anything... I said it before... he is a good fighter but I have never seen the big talent that everybody says... in his last fight he showed chin against a mediocre fighter and needed every bit of his chin... he just can't stay out of trouble... he will again go to jail... what more is to say about him

Haven't seen much of Erdei other than his last very entertaining fight with Fragomeni.He looked real good during the first quarter of the fight but Fragomeni's size and strength started to take it's toll despite Erdei still keeping the rounds close.

Erdei wants to try for the WBC not the WBO light heavyweight title now. This could make for an interesting fight - I think Dawson will duck him, but Pascal will be willing to fight him.

I tried pointing out that Erdei means business by going straight to the WBC for a ranking when he could have easily gotten reranked by the WBO and possibly fight for a vacant title with Braehmer in jail.

Instead he seems determined to actually test himself against the very best before he calls it a career.

I do agree also that Dawson won't fight him and I don't blame him. It wouldn't make sense. As a huge fan of both guys I don't even want to see it.

Erdei vs. Pascal on the other hand I think would be a great fight between contrasting styles. The underrated skills and polished boxing of Erdei versus the athleticism and determination of Pascal. I think both fighters have tremendous heart and it would be an excellent fight.

He admitted he didn't want to fight the best at light heavy.


He knows his gravy train is toast if he fights any top 5 guy from North America whether they reside in Canada or the U.S


If he stayed at cruiser, he knows at least 10 europeans and 5 north americans would brutalize him.

I understand that he wants easy paychecks.

finally zsolt brings some class back to the light heavyweight division. i doubt anyone has the stones to fight him though. they will all hide in america from the long reigning wbo champ who had 11 defenses and is undefeated!
