Pot shotting dont work on a guy who has a way longer reach than you. The shoulder roll defense goes out the window against a guy who doesn't care if he misses and still throws 100+ punches a round at you. You can't KO Williams unless your a bigger dude and Floyd isn't. Not like you can fight inside to negate the reach because Williams can fight inside(ask winky if this is true). Not like you can stay outside his reach because he can literally hit you from 2 yards away. Not like you can run because Williams has a constant in your face pressure style.

Mayweather pretty much loses because even if he plays the defensive pot shot strategy. Williams will look a hell of alot more appealing because he is actually throwing punches all night long and will probably win a UD because of the punch ratio. Otherwise Mayweather will have to crumble under the relentless pressure(this is a long shot because Mayweather isn't a head case)

You will never see Mayweather take as much damage or struggle to fight, as he would against Williams.

i cant see any reason why floyd shouldnt outbox him.pwill will take some rounds on work-rate but floyd will win the fight with more accurate shots and combos (he would put punches together against a guy like williams,trust me)

Williams outworks Floyd the same way he did Martinez, and maybe not even that close. There are a lot of things Martinez did to bother Paul that Mayweather can't do, Mayweather would not be able to keep up.

williams is nasty on the inside and he clinches alot...more then floyd does btw. Floyd doesnt let his hands go enough to ko williams.

cant keep distance between paul either because hes too damn long....and pauls handspeed and jab will give mayweather hell...and not to mention paul triples and doubles the jab and that will give floyd major problems.

well paul williams was exposed and is a mediocre fighter at best... then again mayweather sucks even harder and has only looked good because he cherry picks fighters. so i think i'll give the edge to paul williams just because he can take it and dish it, not to mention the size could cause fraud some problems.
