Pac leaves it to his promoter to make the arrangements and the negotiations. He wants to fight the best. Top Rank wants to maximize profit from Pac so they build hype by fighting the lesser fighters first hence delahoya,Hatton, Cotto. It should have been Floyd next, then Mosley.

Floyd needs to stop cherry picking fighters. He is a good fighter but his biggest problem is he does not have faith in his abilities. That 's the difference between him and Pac. Pac has a ton of faith. That's why Pac will take on the best fighters.

I'm no preacher but when a fighter does mind games to disrupt his opponents rythms shows he's very insecure about his abilities. Pac never does that. He wants you to fight him when you're at your best shape physically and mentally. That's a mark of a true champion. Until Floyd just fights like a man without the nonsense he'll never never be considered an all time great.

My suggestion for Floyd is if not Pac fight Mosely with no conditions and have some faith.

So by your logic Ali must have been the most insecure fighter in boxing history.....

thats partially true arum doesnt want his golden goose to lose so theres some influence im sure however mosley nor delahoya did that they actually fought the best, even now mosley wants the best ,pac getstoo much credit and he really doesnt fight the best out there,sure he takes risks but not the level of risk shane has or williams or clottey for instance , he just doesnt.

If I Were Floyd

I'd sit out March 13. If two fights happen at the same time competing for revenues boxing will become the laughing stock in sports.

Floyd has done major damage already with the Pac-Mayweather fiasco.
For the sake of boxing he should for once man up and sit this one out and wait for a better time to face the winnner of Mosley/Berto.

absolutley ali put his ass on the line,time and time again thats why he is considered one of the greatest if not the,floyds has the talent to be that great and ability but hes scared he doesnt take that risk and thats the difference between someone legit like pac or ali and a fakeass like floyd, i feel that floyd could whup manny rather easily he certainly has the style and physicality to do it but hed rather play it safe, and that goes completley against what constitutes a great champion.he could beat all these guys but hes seriousley wrong on what greatness means maybe he just too dumb .

the only redemption for mayweather at this point to save any credibility he may have is to fight somebody more dangerous than clottey, sounds simple enuff, a margarito or somebody equally dangerous.mosley or somethin
