lets say you're right and it was only damaged tendon/Ligaments. have you ever damaged a ligament? hurts a damn sight more than breaking a bone in your hand and you can't bend your hand for weeks.

Vitali Quit because of tendon/ligament damage against Byrd, I take nothing from him because I know how much it hurts and don't think I could expect anyone to carry on with that.
