No, I disagree. Quintana is a slick southpaw counter puncher with good footwork. Southpaw's give Mayweather a good deal of trouble. Campbell has never even fought above 140, when he did fight at 140, he looked dry. Quintana is a legit welterweight, and even though Williams wiped him out on their second fight, Quintana outboxed Williams in they're first run.

And he beat Joel Julio who was a solid fighter.
