He hit Williams with a lot of punches though bro especially late in the fight... And, then Williams still was good enough to come on strong in the last round. I am not sure about Williams chin either. If he had plaster in that fight I think he would of dropped Williams... Or hurt him hella bad... I mean that is cement he getting hit with... No man will be getting hit with cement for 11 rounds and be able to come on strong an win the last round...

And, he showed power before... He stopped Sergio Martinez, he also stopped Andrew Lewis in 2 rounds while Mayorga did it like in 6 rounds, and Margarito tore Lujan ear off... I just find it hard to believe he had plaster all those years and not get caught...

Cotto does not wrestle. I agree it would have been in his best interest, but in a way I am glad he did not. Wrestling is not boxing. The sport has enough huggers at present.

Margarito was slipping well before the Mosley fight. Even watching his hand speed against Clottey as compared to the Cotto fight shows a serious dip.

Did we ever get a full report on the wraps themselves, i heard all the speculation, that they were plaster, they were plaster like, they were wraps that had a susbstance that is used in plaster, they were just something used in training, etc etc etc

I don't think i read any official report on what they were exactly, with no speculation or slang terms used to either make them sound more or less dangerous.

I do wonder, and i hate to say this because its somewhat unpopular, but what if Tony only cheated for mosely, all the hype for the match if you remember was "Can Margaritto knock out mosely?!?!?!?!?!" No one even gave Shane a chance to win (in all the fight hype) all the promotion and etc was surrounded by the fact shane hadn't been knocked out, and margaritto could be the one to do it.... i wonder if tony hadn't cheated up till then, and because of his new rise to fame after beating cotto, if decided to cheat to get that knockout so he'd rise in stardom even more?
