How different would the boxing world have been if Margarito vacated the belt instead of fighting Paul Williams, He wouldn't have started using plaster of paris("i'm gonna start putting pressure on faster" bascially meant "im gonna start using plaster"), Margarito would have fought Cotto in 2007 without plaster and lost for the following reasons:
1. he wasn't using plster
2. Nobody at that time knew Cotto had a game-plan no.2 if no.1 isn't working which is boxing, Cotto would have won that fight due to Margarito not being ready for Cotto's abillity to box as the whole boxing world would have been shocked.
Cotto then would've gone on to beat Judah and Mosley and the way boxing would have gone is basically cotto or mayweather would have fought hatton while the other simultaneously fought de la hoya, then cotto and mayweather meet up for the most eagerly awaited fight in history which is basically the same as pacman mayweather fight right now, that Cotto is completely a different level to the cotto post-plater beatdown, How would it have gone?
