Yeah, but Cooney was knocked out by Spinks at heavyweight. And Foreman fought him years later when Cooney had been inactive the whole time. Not a good example but Foreman was a monster no doubt.

If you think about where that power came from, then it's Tyson hands down. He was 5'11" knocking guys out that were taller and heavier than he was. Foreman had the most power but he was big as hell.
