Oscar De La Hoya -- Style, was burdened with a lot of pressure out of the olympics and has to a certain degree lived up to the hype, and is a fellow Chicano.

Erik Morales -- Having origins from the D.F., it's hard to show too much love for "La Frontera" yet this dude is just a badass.

Travieso Arce -- Ain't scared of his own blood (Hussien, Cintron) and uses his natural ability to the max.

My hated 3

Tito Trinidad - because of his "conspiracy theory" fans, his "plan A and nothing else" style, and he got a gift from my boy DLH

Fernando Vargas -- Cheater (used steroids to try and defeat DLH) and a wankster....

Hasim Rahman -- One punch wonder

You obviously don't like Oscar because he's a "warrior", ala Morales.
He comes up short in just about every big fight. He fought like a tentative guy for 90% of his fight with Quartey, 100% for his fight with Trinidad.

He quit against Hopkins. He made 30 million + for that fight, & everybody shelled out around $60.00....yet he folded as soon as he felt the heat.

If Oscar weren't of mexican descent, you'd ridicule him.

He never rematched anyone he should have. He only rematched Mosley because he thought Mosley was shot after being exposed by Forrest. He rematched JULIO CESAR CHAVEZ, a once great fighter who's best days had past in the early 90's....& the rematch happened at 147.


I loathe Oscar DeLaHoya......& I love Felix Trinidad because he is everything a fighter should be....which is the opposite of what DeLaHoya is !

Your small town of 40 thousand is over twice as big as where I'm from.

Favorite boxer right now is still Mike Tyson, but favorite "active" (fights more than once a year) boxer is Jeff Lacy.

I'm Bombardier and I post here from work as an alternative to doing real work.

Favourite fighter for a while now has been Hopkins but I'm keeping an eye out for Jermain to unseat him in their duel in a couple of months. Out with the old, in with the new, I say.
