Other than a supposedly big head , Sr. and Paulie allegations, and an exceptional performance at the higher weights, what is really the reason why Pac was doubted? Me thinks, it is merely to discredit him in order to minimize the ever expanding distance between Pbf and Pac as the greatest fighter of this era. If not and their concern is for the sport, why do it through the media then? Before Sr. allegations, how come this never surfaced before?

Don't mistake me. I was hoping pac would do the tests but who knows what he really feels. He appears humble but great fighters , more often than not, have great egos.

why? i care deeply about this sport, and i readily recognize manny is a talented, charming superstar. he has the ability to help bring boxing back to where it was during my parents'/grandparents' generation. true crossover appeal.

but if you think casual boxing fans (read housewives, football/baseball fans, etc) were turned off when this fight went down the drain...you better hope it's never disclosed manny is because he is because of steroids. that would do irreparable damage to the sport...serious serious damage.

manny was called out by hbo sports boss greenburg...that's why he moved to 24 days.

14 days is the half-way point between the 30 days that manny initially stood by...and the "1-day before the fight" deadline initially requested by mayweather.

none of that is NEW news.

- can you offer a singular logical explanation why you - as a boxing fan, wouldn't want to know for sure that BOTH of the boxers involved in the biggest fight in the history of the sport - ARE CLEAN?

again...i see the reading thing is a huge issue for you.

if you'll take a glance back a few posts, you'll see that i've already said i believe floyd screwed up by NOT agreeing to the 14 days (after manny mysteriously declined to move off 24 days). in that post (again, i'm repeating that you can find it a few pages back since i'm guessing you also have processing issues) i also said that i believe floyd should blame his ego. in that respect, floyd should be blamed as much as manny for allowing this fight to go down the tube.

but i will again ask you to look at this situation OBJECTIVELY (i know...strange word. go look it up)..and then answer this question:

ok. this is a tough one. why should manny take the random tests?

well, if he's clean...why not? he would accomplish at least four things by doing so:

1 - immediatlely restore his damaged credibility and reputation.

2 - put the biggest fight in the history of the sport back on track

3 - make floyd look like a total ass.

4 - adding an extra (an much needed) doese of integrity to the sport

There's been some reports in the media that me fighting Floyd is a done deal. That is just not true. The truth is that the only cat who knows who Floyd is gonna fight next is Floyd himself. I do know that my name is being considered, as it should be. I mean, who else between 140 and 147 can bring the kind of fight that I can? I have solid HBO ratings for all my HBO fights over the last few years, and I have the style that can beat Floyd. And besides, everybody dont know this, but Floyd DID turn down a fight with me several years ago. He called it "slave wages" or something.
