Why do we respect Pac being a natural smaller fighter but not Floyd

What should it be called then?

What it is, a catchweight fight. The WW title shouldn't have been up for grabs.

That's bull****. I've explained this before. 140.0000000000000000000000001-147 is welterweight. Those are the rules. You can't weigh over 147, but OF COURSE you can weigh under.

Yes but if the limit is changed to 145, the fight is no longer WW rules is it?

GOD, you are dense. So who should we listen to? You? Or the boxing judges, governing body, and everybody else who says pac beat Cotto at welterweight?

You can say what you want but at the end of the day, pac has a welterweight title. IT IS IN THE HISTORY BOOKS.

I hear what you are saying but since the limit is actually within the welterweight division weight classification- anything ranging from 141-147, the fight is considered a welterweight title fight. Two true welters fighting in the welterweight division usually both weigh in as close to the limit as they can to avoid giving up a weight advantage and to avoid dehydrating themselves- they could come in at 144 if they wanted to fight for the title.

PBF has done the best job I've ever seen selling himself as a big man...do you guys really believe he's a big man???

Unlike most people I don't blindly follow the all the rhetoric...

Pbf fought odlh at 154...I don't think anyone would dispute this...if you remember he came into the fight at 152...odlh rehydrated to whatever weight and pbf stayed at 152...this is after he bulked up...so he wasn't and still isn't a natural 154 pounder...no matter what he says...

Let's use some common sense pbf is only looking to make the most money...period...he doesn't care about belts..

remember these words when talking about both of these fighters...

RISK REWARD...This how everyone of there fights are selected...both fighters give themselves as many advantages as possible and sell them to the buying public as if they're climbing mt. Everest...

                Give me a frigging break...

Pbf was chasing odlh because he was going to make a windfall of cash...and Now he's chasing PAC because there's another windfall to be made...and PAC on the way up from 135 didn't fight the hardest challengers at there optimal weight and condition with maybe the exception of Hatton...and that was iffy based on how hatton looked prior to PAC the fight prior to PAC

pbf isn't going to risk an L before taking on PAC and regardless of what many folks think fighting clottey is somewhat of a risk but something doesn't sit well with that logic because PAC beat the dog snot out of the guy who got a w but in the very least fought clottey to a draw. very least fought

Bottomline they are both 147 pounders and should be fighting 147 pounders ... So if pbf is fighting Campbell he deserves to get ****.

and PAC fans shouldn't be trying shape his next fight like he's fighting the next coming!

5'6 or 5'8 all im saying is if you fight at 147 and a 140 lber challenges or accepts the fight at 147, thats on him.....
A fu cking fight is a fight records and all you dont know whos gonna win, specaiily when theres only a 7-10 lb difference... or a ****ign 2"in difference, 2"in may be a big deal for my dic k size, but not in a ****ing boxing ring!

Just accept who Floyd fights next and watch him win, then worry about Pac or Mosely being next! This fight is a gimme cuz all the other WW you guys say FLoyd has ducked are no longer relevent!

Is it really worth explaining to the OP or Michael Hall? Can they even understand if we do?
