Yea Floyd can fight Bradley because he's not a true welterweight. Pacquiao skipped Bradley because Bradley wasn't a true welterweight and it didn't seems like a true match to him.

Didn't Manny **** on the size theory? Floyd isn't that much bigger anyway. The cry is for Floyd to face someone bigger than him or as big, but Bradley is the most skilled fighter out of all those listed.
