Just to be clear with you haters, team pacquiao is not suggesting that the blood test be done on an announced date. It's still gonna be random, it's just have to be done within the period from the start of training camp upto the cut-off day of 24days prior the fight, so it will be risky from team pac to do some PEDs during that time. Now when they do the 2nd random blood test exactly on the cut-off date of 24, if u do the math in refference to Conte's statement of PEDs clearing after 14days, any drugs taken 14days before that can be detected and then there's the last drug test right after the fight, so you are covered 14days before the fight.. Now you will say, what if manny take PEDs on the 23rd day prior to the fight, then you are looking at around 8-9days of PED usage, what can you benefit from that, that's just 1/8th of the total training schedule and thus will do more harm done good..!!
