I'm suprised that this fight is happening. Is it really happening? If so, PWill will win. I can't say how. I know he will win though. WAAY too active, can fight inside and out, strong chin, has variety, plateau of power, really really long arms, stays in your face.... Mayweather won't win.

Activity is useless when you have a good mover to take that away. Paul Williams' workrate went from 80-100 punches a round to 50-70 against Quintana. That's Carlos Quintana. He was able to be successful with movement and guerilla tactics.

Sergio Martinez was able to have similar sucess, but instead of keeping with moving, he traded bomb for bomb. Williams defense isn't top notch. Williams hasn't faced anywhere near the defense of Mayweather and his activity rate goes down when he feels like he isn't in range.

Mayweather would never be in range for Paul.

Floyd will have problem if he will just wait for Williams. Williams is taller and has longer reach and he uses his jab.

Floyd should be moving forward to win the fight. But I don't know, who knows what will happen if it ever the fight happens.
