First of all, I find it hard to believe you watch baseball yourself since you don't know how to spell McGwire.

Secondly, Canseco didn't have hard evidence, but he was Mark McGwire's teammate who claimed to have sprovided and shot up McGwire with steroids. The Pacquiao equivalent would be Amir Khan or Shawn Porter saying they gave Pacquiao steroids, not Floyd Mayweather Sr. and Paulie Malignaggi speculating that Pacquiao takes steroids.
