He won't. He doesn't want to do any random testing. Bob Arum was ready to make a Manny VS Marquez bout III, but both Manny and Arum rejected Marquez for both, 50-50 split, and Olympic random testing. Manny is the best boxer at his weight class, but random testin is his biggest fair.

Random testing > Manny Pacquiao

How many think Floyd would agree to such a request? If I'm not mistaken...Evander / Tyson had this issue come up.

It would've been nice to see another fighter play mind games with Floyd....but hey, we live in the real world.

Either way....Floyd would have an excuse if he lost....1) Manny tested positive (if in fact he did) or 2) The mind game worked on Floyd and he wasn't focused enough in camp due to the test results being revealed after the fight (and Pac tested clean).

I know that everyone and their mama has posted thoughts, conspiracy theories and all that other BS.....so I just wanted to put mine out there....

Again...my position has always been and will still stand as ..."Manny should take the tests....leave no doubt and just fight"

Discuss if necessary.....

I never understood the concept of wanting to be sure that your opponent isn't cheating and making sure the fight is on an even playing field, then just letting him take full advantage of the uneven playing field. Don't think it would be smart IMHO.

Team Mayweather would just have a clause in the contract that would make Manny forfeit all purse winnings and be banned by the commission if he were to test positive and found to be guilty.

According to Bob and Pacquiao...not "Team Pacquiao"....he was saying that...
"If the NSAC deems it necessary to implement random blood testing, then he will abide by the sanctioning commission's rules and regulations"

I guess all the NSAC has to do is change their rules and regulations and it'll be end of the whole debacle....but as of this point in time...all the NSAC requires is urine samples....

Its just funny to me the Pacquiao "fans" that come out the woodwork and try to educate or argue their points, and end up just pulling a Bob Arum - aka thee Biggest ******* of them all.....with coming in a close 2nd...the WBC Organization.....they did create that joke of a belt..."Diamond Championship Belt".

That is a perfectly practical clause....and vice versa for Floyd.....if ANY of the fighters were to test positive for ANY banned substance....steroids for a lung condition, Xylocaine for numbing hands, excessive amount of tylenol for a cold, h1n1 vaccine etc......if someone were to test positive...forfeit their purse and 1 yr suspension from boxing.

That's a good option, but I guess we'll have to wait because is not getting made...anyway if they were in fact previously cheating will never sign it...similar to what happened...LOL
