Everytime I hear someone signs with Don King I just get this automatic "could be a bad idea" feeling... How many stories do you have to read about fighters that got burned by him? But I suppose if nobody else in the business is going to give you a contract for money that you need.. what can you do?

Further, there is a reason why a guy like Coyne signs with DKP these days. Because GBP, TR, DiBella, Shaw, Prize Fight, Goosen and probably even TKO didn't want him.

The Irish outlaw mite have been to too many Irish pubs to want to sign with don, just ask Nate,iron mike,even though probably more times than not, the bad times seem to gain more attention than the good relationships between fighters and don king.
