If he's serious about cleaning up the system, he would petition the Nevada State Athletic Commission to impose stricter drug tests for all fights, and if they don't comply, he won't fight there until they do. And he could do this for every state interested in staging a Floyd Mayweather fight. If he was serious about blood testing beyond trying to embarass Manny Pacquiao. He would do this.

Forget this "leading by example" stuff. Floyd may have good intentions, but he has never said or done anything for people to make the assumption that he's interested in anything beyond what's good for Floyd Mayweather.

Floyd is a legitimate star in the sport. His fights are big events that pump millions into a city's economy. If he made this power play, he would force the State Commissions to consider his requests.

There were some posters who used to be respectable pre-2007 until they became stans. You and me have been here on boxingscene for some time now so you might know what I'm talking about...Some of them are still alright though.

I been here for a while too. Since 2004.
