I believe it's true that most states honor each others suspensions. This is a slap in the face to CSAC if plaster hands tries to get licensed in Texas, and they shouldn't license this clown.

They'll definitely license him in Texas because Pac fighting whoever will bring big money in and latino fans supporting Margarito will help that cause and fill up seats and PPVs.

I guess this may also mean that Margarito will not be returning to 147lbs anymore.
