Or maybe pacquaio has an extremely big ego just like floyd and isnt willing to bowdown to floyd.

How bout floyd fights outside of the state of Nevada so he cant numb his hands anymore and fight pacquaio in dallas.

Crackheads making new rules isn't Pac's cup of tea. The current testing done in boxing is more than sufficient.

i'll try to go as slow as i can so you can fully understand their stance.

pac and pbf's method of negotiations involve a series of mind games that may affect the outcome of the fight itself, similar in a sense to a poker match. you have to be firm enough if you're planning to win.

mayweather's team accusing pac of taking steroids/ped's/hgh/zoloft/extenze/nuvering/etc. and wanting pac to take additional drug tests can be compared to one poker player accusing another of cheating without solid proof and requesting a search for the certain individual.

now, if you are the said poker player being accused sure, you can accommodate that guy's demands and clean your name, but why would you when you don't really have to? the smarter thing to do is let the said player grasp for evidences and proofs that you are cheating, leave him guessing since this will affect him mentally... the more he believes that you are cheating and that he can't prove it, the better since he will start doubting his own judgement later on.

if and only if the said player gets enough proof to warrant a full body search should you agree to it and finally prove your innocence. why? because you do not want yourself, under any circumstance helping your opponent fight his own mental game.

"IF" he is on something, I dont get why he wouldnt just test.. He'd know he would be getting randoms, so just dont use this fight.

That leads me to believe that he thinks he cant win without whatever he's using, "IF" he is using.

            An actual doctor says otherwise.

Dr. Don H. Catlin, the head of the LA-based non-profit Anti-Doping Research, Inc:

“If you have a 24-day window that’s free, with no testing, you can take whatever you want and you’re not going to get caught, end of story,” Catlin said. “[Urine testing] does matter, yes, but they’re not going to catch everything by urine testing alone. What you would do is to take Mircera [a type of EPO], which is available and which is not easy to detect in urine and away you go. You need a blood test.”

              don't know.

he did agree to extra tests though. just not the kind floyd wants.

and before all the ducking and roiding talk from both sides......

why doesn't anyone talk about how the talks were going well up until team mayweather declined the dallas site?

isn't it funny that after schaeffer refused to consider the dallas site , all the negotiations turned to ****?

and now arum is buddy-buddy with jerry jones and pac's next fight is in cowboy stadium?

no one ever brings up that angle. that "might" be more responsible for killing the negotiations than anything.

uncle bob was not too happy that they shot down his dallas/arlington proposal without even considering it.

One simple reason, Manny dont want to lose he had bad experience on their first met with Morales.

Because the rules of the sport says he doesn't have to, and since there is absolutely no basis for the accusations throw at him all he needs to do is follow the rules.

If Floyd had pulled this with SSM then fair enough, SSM has a history, but Pac has passed every test as laid down by the rules of the sport.
