MOSLEY vs BERTO should BE FULL STEAM from PROMOTIONAL STANDPOINT

Especially since FMJ vs PAC fell through. If I was GBP I would start giving this fight the time and effort it deserves and really put the peddal to the mettal. If I were RING I would put the RING title up in this fight....It is for the Lineal WW title and to be the true man at 147. I mean after all it is a bout to unify and PAC won the title from Cotto but to me that whole catch weight thing takes away from that belt....Lefty

I guess I am the lone warrior on this subject. PAC vs MAY aint gonna happen for at least 6 months people get over it. Even then it is going to be a mood standpoint because I bet the same circumstances will exsit when they try to negotiate then. So to me Mosley vs Berto is the biggest WW attraction happening NOW! The potential of Mosley fighting Mayweather is probably much more likely then PAC at this point. Even that is a stretch cause we all know about the Mosley Floyd fued....Right?? Mosley vs Berto GBP should be pushing this one hard right now....Lefty

i think its short and cutting things if Ring mag will award the mosley-berto the ring belt, if that happens I will believe that ring belt have lost its luster and became nothing more than a GBP tool...

the ideal lineal champion would have been determined by winner of mosley-berto versus winner of pac-mayweather fighting each other for the belt...

I agree they should be pushing this fight already....

winner of this fight is a potential opponent of either PBF or PAC

I agree, but Mosley's never been a big draw. He fought an undefeated Cotto who just KO'd Judah on PPV, he fought Margarito who just KO'd Cotto on PPV, and now he's fighting an undefeated Berto.

3 huge fights, all 3 on regular HBO with little hype. Good for boxing fans that we don't have to pay, but it hasn't helped Mosley.

I blame his promotional company GBp for the way they handle his career also his former manager Jin didn't do much for him either. The fact he held out for so long for a BIG fight and ended up fighting the guy everyone said he should fight months ago is ridiculous. Truly a total mismangement for him on his people. On the flip side we got three great fights all on HBO and didn't have to pay a dime over our monthly premiums. This last fight was completely over shadowed by PAC vs MAY talk....Lefty
