Does the HW division Suck or what?

I love Toney. I was watching the fight in complete enjoyment. When it became clear that Toney was going to win I said that I would love to see him fight Vitali but it was too soon. I want to see him fight a guy on a step up from Ruiz and see how he does. Then I was thinking about guys and I couldnt think of anyone. I said the HW division sucks now. I dont want to see him fight Brewster, Byrd, or Golota. Brewster isnt that good and all the HW's have lost recently. Even Tyson and Rahman. Wladimire sucks. They all suck. They all have a good fight and then a bad one. The only good one is Vitali. Barret is decent but two timey. Peter looks like a joke who just hits hard. Brock could be good but he got dropped by McCline and he still has a way to go.

The way I see it now, Toney might as well just go straight to Vitali. I mean there are some decent fights with guys like Rahman or Tyson but they still have recently lost a cople of times so it isnt a big fight. What about McCormeck. I have never seen him fight but I heard he was good. Probally a good figth a Cruiser but Toney might be too big at this weight or maybe not? What do you guys think of that fight and what I said about the HW division?

I would like to see mormick fight Jirov, i think that would be a great fight, as for the HW div, i really like , it's very competitive. Most people like to see 1 guy dominate, but for me i like watching the fight knowing that anyone can win, and these guys fight their hearts out everynight trying to be the best. Guys like Barrett, and Brock are over achieving because they know the div is wide open. So i think the HW div is great right know, it is getting more attention now then in prior years because it's not just 1 or 2 great fighter there is about 10 good fighters we can watch. looking hoping that one will be great.

I think it sucks..but its getting better now that more skilled fighters are moving up and winning..that shows how weak the division is when 2 guys that were once middleweights can move up and capture a championship belt at heavy..that would of never happened back in the day..Floyd Patterson was great and look at what happened to him, but that was when the heavy weights were good.

I think that the people who say the Heavyweight is not good, are saying this because their fighter did not win. I think most of the Tyson fans do not like the Heavyweight division today. I like the Heavyweight division.

The heavyweight division is a shallow pool of talent at the time. But it has been similar many times through history. Part of the lack is actuall personalities that are easily sold to the public. Its all peeks and valleys in the sport of boxing. Sometimes you may have 3 or 4 guys in a division that are great fighters and some times you may have 1 or 2 possibly great fighters. There are some good fighters in the heavys right now, unfortunately after them, the talent level goes drasticaly down hill............Rockin'

That is correct..I stated that Floyd was a great fighter, but what happened when he fought the elite Heavy weights like
Sonny Liston, Ahli, even Quarry and Jimmy Ellis beat him. What im saying is that the HW divison today is weak because someone like Toney or Jones which are great fighters can come up and possibly beat any heavyweight out there today, Back then a guy like Floyd Patterson who like I said before was great could not beat the top guys in the HW division.

It wasnt that long ago where we had guys like Lennox, Bowe, Tyson, Holy, the guy thats in jail now but I cant think of his name. Even secondary guys like Cooper, Ruddock, McCall, Mercer and more. Those secondary guys would beat all these guys they have now besides for Vitali

how can u say Wlad sucks, but Barret is decent, if Im correct he destroyed Barret knocking him down 5 or six times. Makes no sense, Wlad is allot better than most heavys 2day. And I dont think the division sucks, a few of the Title holders suck thats what makes it look bad. Toney would never beat a Klitschko or Tyson, even at this stage in Tysons career I think he would Blow Toney away in 3. Klitschko is the only champ that can probally beat any heavy thrown his way right now.
