How is Pacquiao rated the number one welterweight when he only had two welter fights and neither were the number one guy? As boxing fans we should be pissed when hype replaces fairness.

Mosley's ranking is hurt by his loss to Cotto, the guy Pac just destroyed. But the fact that Pac only has 2 fights @ WW should put him below Mosley. If both Mosley and Pac win their next fights it would be easier to argue Pac fighting for the #1 slotComment
