Don't blame this president for the **** Bush left behind...
Did you get your ass bombed and handed to you since 9/11/01? I didn't think so. And you didn't hear about the economy until the end because it was setting record numbers until ***** and his buddies took over the House and the Senate in 2006. You really need to understand what you speak of before speaking.
"taht piece of ****" helped to ensure your safety and give you the right to be a complete grammatical mess.

"Keeping me safe" at what expense? I served in the war in Afgahnistan, which at the time, was a just war and served a purpose. But the iraq war? The pushing the idea that saddam, WMDs, 9/11 had something to do with him?
Is that the cost of keeping me safe? Billions on a war thats unjust and did nothing for the safety of america while the real threat was and still is in pakistan/yemen, yet we go to iraq and i lose 2 members of my former squadron to that nonsensical war.
And the other poster is correct, while we were wasting time with iraq and while bush botched katrina and our own died while waiting for some type of aid, we wrote blank checks for national defense while our health care system imploded and our financial system came apart.
"Bush kept us safe'' isnt enough in my book, and i played a part in that "safety" but not having a domestic attack just isnt enough, you think bill clinton, who basically kept us safe from previous attacks since 1993, and actually tried to have bin ladin assassinated (i read robert gates book), gets any credit for "keeping us safe"? No. Because "keeping us safe" isnt enough.
if we are kept safe from terror attacks while children and men and women cant afford healthcare, job loss remains high and our banks are getting over on us, well destroy ourselves from within while keeping intact a quasi military industrial complex.
so **** george w. bush, even though i served under him, because of him, a friend of mine came home in a casket for a war that did nothing for this country at all.
