They had no problems with the testing procedures at first, why they didn't stick to that statement instead of changing it day by day? If they had kept their words from the start, the fight would be made by now. As soon they rejected to be testing randomly, they asked the 10 million dollars penalty.

Did he talk at all about his relationships with Ward and Chambers? Did he mentioned what he gives them?

          Bee,

You know that the mediator came out and refuted the info in your sig?

I think they will most definitely meet later in the year when Pac doesn't have a strict political schedule and GBP/Top Rank can do a longer more expansive promotional tour.

Floyd will probably have another tune-up under his belt by then so it's even more dangerous for Pacquiao.

So you think the fight would have not happened even if Floyd agreed to 24 days cut off?

                  are working with Conte

Conte: the testing for boxing is worthless. You have to be pretty dumb to test with announced testing. You MUST have RANDOM.

Urine testing is good for MOST, but you need blood for some things.
