Did Mayweather just "throw in the towel" on the Pacquiao fight?

If Oscar Dela Hoya lasted up to the 9th Round, I therefore conclude that Mayweather didn't even want to fight him at all... throwing in the towel on the Zero round. haha

Yes. He just throw in the towel.
No. Pac is really on steroids

Is it considered as a defeat on Mayweather's side?

I conclude since Manny was unwilling to submit to random testing, he is either afraid of losing or is on steroids.

Pacquiao was willing to damage his reputation to avoid this fight or avoid being caught using something he shouldn't.

Sad part in boxing that the fight wont happen. Floyd's and associates keep on bringing PED without proof. Did anybody hear Pacman or any of his associates bringing up Xylocaine to floyd? LOL...talk about being fair.

Floyd is the cheater, and he had no problem with testing randomly. Pacman wanted to set his own schedule date.

I actually like the fact that Pacquiao gave Mayweather the finger, something that dela Hoya, Hatton and Marquez never did by submitting to the whims and conditions of *****boy Floyd.

IF pac agreed on every condition that floyd suggested he will look like an underdog. He is P4P King !
Secondly if he agreed on drug testing, Floyd will only look for another excuse so he won't fight Pac. HE saw what happened to Cotto.
